At the 2011 Unicorn Writers' Conference, Mystery writer Alan Beechey kept his captivated audience on the edge of their seats! 

Alan  is the author of, An Embarrassment of Corpses and Murdering Ministers, the first two titles in the Oliver Swithin mystery series published by St. Martin's Press. He has recently completed the third book in the series and is at work on the fourth. Alan is also a consultant on communications to several leading US and international companies. His writing career began with songs and material for revenues that were preformed in Oxford, London, and at the Edinburgh Fringe, and his adaptation of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland was produced by Oxford’s University Players. He is a member of the Sound Shores Writers Group, and he has also narrated and produced 40 recorded books for the blind at Manhattan’s Andrew Heiskell Library.
